Return & Refund Policy – MarcoTex Fabrics
At MarcoTex Fabrics, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept return and refund requests within 14 days of delivery.
🔁 Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Only unstitched fabrics are eligible for return or refund.

Stitched, cut, or altered fabrics cannot be returned or refunded.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Fabrics that have been stitched, cut, or altered after purchase.

Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.
💰 Refund Options

Refunds can be issued via bank transfer or store credit, based on customer preference.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed digitally. Cash refunds are not available.
🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for incorrect, defective, or damaged items (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
📦 Return Process

Contact us on WhatsApp: 0301-9719090 with your order number, product image, and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.
🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product, or damaged delivery), MarcoTex Fabrics will cover the return shipping cost.

In all other cases, return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
